Margaret M. Freudenberg, 3171 Hudson Blvd., has filed suit for divorce against Louis J. Freudenberg, 8 Sherman Place, charging him with extreme cruelty. The case has been referred to Advisory Master Thomas for hearing and trial has been set for September 12. In her divorce petition the woman charges her husband beat and kicked her on many occasions, called her vile names and threatened to kill her. She also states he never worked throughout their married life. They were married January 15, 1942, and the wife states she was finally forced to leave Freudenberg in August 1942. Rudolph R. Naddeo is attorney for the wife.
