The funeral of Mrs. Nora Belle Skinner, 81, of 640 Palisade Avenue, a Jersey City resident for 25 years, who died Saturday at the Medical Center, will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. Mrs. Skinner was born in Westbrookville, New York. The Otto Mack Funeral Home. Jersey City, is in charge of arrangements.
