Charles G. Kahrar, 63, died yesterday in his home, 180 Meadow Lane, Secaucus. Mr. Kahrar was a retired Railway Express Agency employee. He was an Army veteran of World War I, who saw action in the Argonne and St. Mihiel campaigns in France. He was a member of Teamsters Local 459. Mr. Kahrar was born in Jersey City. He lived most of his life in Secaucus. The funeral will be Tuesday from the Otto Mack Funeral Home, Secaucus.
