Coll., Oxon, from Eton, a student of the Middle Temple 26 Jan., 1855, called to the bar 17 Nov., 1859 (2nd surviving son of William Kaye, Esq., of Ampney Park, co. Glouc.); born 13 Feb., 1832; married 18 Aug., 1859, Elizabeth, dau. of Rev. L. E. Thoroton, rector of Rowley, Yorkshire.
