Onslow, Richard, governor of House of Correction Wandsworth, Surrey, 185–-78, a student of the Middle Temple 16 June, 1824, called to the bar 25 June, 1830 (3rd son of Rev. Arthur Onslow, rector of Crayford, Kent); born 24 April, 1808; married 26 Nov., 1831, Harriet Sophia, only dau. of Vincent Eyre, Esq.; she died 29 Aug., 1873, leaving issue (see Foster's Peerage, E. Onslow).
