Section5.As for all the slaves existing at the time of issuance of this Act, except those who have run away and disappeared, their money masters shall reduce their prices by four baht per month for each of them from April 124 Rattanakosin Era onwards.
Section6.If a slave wants to change his money master, no memorandum of slavery agreement shall be made to increase his price higher than the price existing at that time.
Announced on the 1st day of April 124 Rattanakosin Era,[1] corresponding to the 13,290th day of this reign.

A great royal command has been given by Phrabat Somdet Phra Paramin Maha Chulalongkron Phra Chunlachomklao Chaoyuhua, by which He ordered with His gracious pleasure that the following to be announced for general information: In the past when Krung Thep Circle had no railways connecting it with other circles, travel was difficult due to distance. Now that a great number of railways has been constructed to connect various circles with each other, and in other circles than the vicinity of Krung Thep the duty imposed upon the Chinese ko-kho lottery has already been abrogated to prohibit the playing of such gambling outside Krung Thep Circle, His Majesty hereby orders with His gracious pleasure that the following Act be enacted for the prevention of stealthy playing of this gambling outside the vicinity of Krung Thep Circle:
