Re: Prohibition of political assembly
Whereas the Council for Democratic Reform has imposed the Martial Law throughout the Kingdom from the 19th day of September 2549 Buddhist Era, 21:05 hours, onwards, [the Council] hereby prohibits political gatherings or meetings of five or more persons at any place, in order to prevent problems and obstacles to the public administration of the State during the imposition of the Martial Law.
Whoever contravenes this shall be punished with imprisonment of not over six months, or a fine of not over ten thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine.
