Section1.This Royal Decree is called the "Royal Decree Establishing Sirindhorn District, 2534 BE".
Section2.This Royal Decree shall come into force from the day following the day of its publication in the Royal Gazette onwards.
Section3.Kham Khuean Kaeo subdistrict of Khong Chiam district, and Khan Rai subdistrict, Chong Mek subdistrict, Nikhom Sang Ton-eng Lam Dom Noi subdistrict, Non Ko subdistrict, and Fang Kham subdistrict of Phibun Mangsahan district, Ubon Ratchathani province, shall be separated [from their districts] to form a district called "Sirindhorn district", with a district office established in Nikhom Sang Ton-eng Lam Dom Noi subdistrict.
Section4.The administrative territory of Sirindhorn district shall correspond to the territory of the former subdistricts [and shall be] separated from the territory of the districts whose administrative territory used to cover those subdistricts. In addition, Sirindhorn district shall be subject to the administration of Ubon Ratchathani province.
Section5.The Minister of Interior shall be in charge of the execution of this Royal Decree.
