reckoned from the day [the Monarch][1] appoints the President and Members of the National Telecommunications Commission according to the Act on the Body for Allocation of Frequency and Regulation of Radio and Television Broadcasting Businesses and Telecommunication Businesses, 2543 BE.
Section4.Activities relating to the businesses, property, rights, powers and duties, debts, and budgets, as well as public servants and employees, of the Post and Telegraph Department, Ministry of Communications, shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Body for Allocation of Frequency and Regulation of Radio and Television Broadcasting Businesses and Telecommunication Businesses, 2543 BE, in respect of which section 8quater, paragraph 2, paragraph 3, and paragraph 3, of the Act on Rules for Public Administration of the State, 2534 BE, as amended by the Act on Rules for Public Administration of the State (No. 4), 2543 BE, shall not apply.
Section5.The Minister of Communications shall be in charge of the execution of this Royal Decree.
