Redesignation of I-695 and I-295 as I-395 APPROVED	Redesignate as I-395 presently designated I-695 from the intersection with present I-395 to the intersection of I-295. Also, redesignate as I-395 presently designated I-295 from the intersection with I-695 to East Capitol Street.
GEORGIA
Relocation of U.S. Route 82 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 82 and State Road 38 in Waycross, then southwesterly over SR 38 to the intersection of U.S. Route 84, then southwesterly over U.S. Route 84 to the intersection of a newly constructed facility in Waycross, then northwesterly over the new facility to the intersection of present U.S. Route 82 near Waresboro.
Relocation of U.S. Route 84 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 84 and a new facility in Waycross, then westerly over the new facility to the intersection of present U.S. Route 84 in Waycross.
ILLINOIS
Relocation of U.S. Route 20 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 20 and a facility just east of Freeport, then northwesterly over the facility to the intersection of present U.S. Route 20 west of Freeport.
Relocation of U.S. Route 20 Business APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 20 and U.S. Route 20 Business east of Belvedere, then northwesterly over a new facility to the intersection of present U.S. Route 20 Business northwest of Belvedere.
