Relocation of U.S. Route 15 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 15 and a new facility south of Canoe Camp, then northerly for 3.9 miles over the new facility to the intersection of present U.S. Route 15 north of Mansfield. Designate present U.S. Route 15 between these points as U.S. Route 15 Business.
SOUTH CAROLINA Relocation of U.S. Route 521 and Elimination of U.S. Route 521 Bypass and Establishment of U.S. Route 521 Business APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. 521 and U.S. Route 521 Bypass south of Lancaster, then northerly and northwesterly over U.S. Route 521 Bypass to the intersection of present U.S. Route 521 north of Lancaster. Eliminate the present U.S. Route 521 Bypass designation between these points. Designated present U.S. Route 521 between these points as U.S. Route 521 Business.
TEXAS Elimination of U.S. Route 75 APPROVED	Eliminate the U.S. Route 75 designation between the present terminus in Galveston and he intersection with I-30 in Dallas.
