REMARKS: This small auditorium is not used at present. Its intended use is for overflow of the Clothing and Small Stores Bulk Storeroom.





Designation - Claremont Drill Hall.

Leased or Constructed - Leased.

Location - 133 Stirling Highway, Claremont.

Use - Storage of Bulk Materials

Area sq. ft. - Total 12,000 sq. ft.

Type of Construction - Brick

Personnel - None.

REMARKS: Claremont Warehouse and adjoining building is used for storing bulk materials and stores for other ships and activities in this area. No assignment of personnel to this warehouse as none are available. Working details are provided to handle stores.

Leased or Constructed - Leased.

Location - Scott Street, Fremantle.

Use - Packing and crating.

Area sq. ft. - Total 3,886 sq. ft. (see below)

Type of Construction - Brick, iron and timber

Personnel - 0 enlisted men and 15 civilians.

REMARKS: (1) Building constructed of iron and timber used as carpenter shop. Function is to pack and crate material for shipment, making bins for warehouses and general repair. 3,161 sq. ft. (2) Small brick building used for paint shop. 725 sq. ft.

Leased or Constructed - Loaned by Commonwealth of Australia.

Location - Shuffrey Street, Fremantle.

Use - Royal Navy Stores - (Radio, Radar, Asdic, Compass Gear)
