Geobge Morlet, A.M., was nominated by patent 15th Feb. 164 1 -2 ; and in 1647 he was .suspended by the Parliamentary visitors, and deprived by tho same au- thority the beginning of tho year following.
Henry Lanolky, A.M., was substituted by the same authority that ejected his predecessor, in 164(8; but presently after the Restoration he was obliged to give way to the right owner,
George Morley, who was restored again in 1660; and in the same year he was made dean of this church.
Richard Allestrey, A.M., was admitted 27th July 1660. lie died 28th Jan. 16801, netat. 61, and was buried in Fton college chapel, of which he was provost.
Anthony Radclyffe, A.M., was instituted 3rd Feb. 16(80-1, vice Allestrey. He was buried in the cathe- dral :7th June 1703.
William Stratford, S.T.P., was instituted 4th July 1703. Ob. 7th May 1729.
Richard Knife, D.D., nominated 28th Aug. and in- stalled 23rd Sept. 1729, vice Stratford deceased"'.
Robert Freixd, D.D., nominated 19th March 1736-7, and installed 29th March 1737, vice Dr. Knipe de- ceased 1 ".
John Nicol, D.D., nominated 26th Nov. and installed 30th Dec. 1 75 1, vice Dr. Freind deceased 18 . Ob. 19th Sept. 1765.
Richard Cust, D.D., nominated 28th Sept. 1765, vice Dr. Nicol deceased. He became dean of Rochester in 1779, and of Lincoln in 1782.
Arthur Onslow, M.A., nominated 5th June 1779. Dean of Worcester in 1795.
