Richard Weathi asm d is said to have been dean here, but in what year it dors nut appear. He was made archbishop of Canterbury in 1229,
Geoffrei in Lucy, prebendary of Isledon and arch- deacon of London, appears t<> have been dean here in [231 85 and [233 s6 . He died in Sept. 1:41". His obit was held 7 1 li Sept.
William de S. Maria, prebendary of Codington Minor mill Ealdstreet, as well as chancellor of this churchy was
chosen dean about the end of the year 1241 98 . He died in 1243. His obit was kept iv Id. .Mar. (12th March.) 1 1 1 \ \w de ( Job n 11 1 1. 1.. /'/ hi ndary of Holitct n and Wild- land^ as well as chancellor 89 , was dean 15th Aug. 1243, and died 9th April 1254" .

Pi ikk de Nkwport, archdeacon of London ; the time of his holding the deanery appears not; in the cata- logue of the d<an and chapter, and in the Pauline catalogue, he is placed as next successor to llobert de Barthone. His obit was kept iv Cal. Mar. (27th Feb.)
Richard Talbot was treasurer of this church in 1 259^ : he was afterwards chosen dean, and from being dean was elected bishop of London 18th Aug. 1262, but died in the following month before consecration.
