but not confirmed in 1311. Ho became bishop of
Winchester in 1 3 16. Kichabd in: Newport, archdeacon of Middlesex, was
elected dean of this church in E3 14, and in i 3 1 7 was
made bishop <>t" this see. Vitalis in. Testa? exchanged this dignity tor the
prebend of TorletOD in the church of Sarura in [32 ;\
with John de Rverdon, prebendary of Newington, who was
admitted i/,th Sept. 1323, and installed on the 25th of
the same month 9 . He died 15th Jan. 1336 7, and was
buried in the church of St. Faith under St. Paul's.
His will was proved 3rd Feb. 1336-7. Gilbert de Bruera, prebendary of Rugmere and
archdeacon of Ely, succeeded in this deanery in 1336.
He died 3rd Nov. 1333. Richard de Ktlnington, or Kilmykgtox, archdeacon
of London, succeeded in 1353. or the year following.
He died before the end of the year 1361. Walter de Alderbury, prebendary of Hoi born and
Portpoole, was collated to this see by Simon Sudbury,
