Francis Mansell, S.T.P., again resumed this princi- palship in October 1630. Ejected by the Parliament delegates 1648. Michael Roberts, S.T.B. (afterwards S.T.P.), was substituted by the same authority that ejected his predecessor, 22nd May 1648. He resigned in 1657. Francis Howell, ^i,A.^ felhto of Exeter college, wsls put in by Oliver Cromwell, 24th Oct. 1657 ; but soon after the Restoration was obliged to give way to the right owner. Francis Mansell, S.T.P., was restored 1st Aug. 1660, and resigned in the same year. He died 1st May 1665, and was buried in the chapel. His will is in the Prerogative Office ^^.
