Henry Faulkner, clergyman, auwas born June 34, 1831, in Lon-
don, England. He is the author of Philip Hazelbrook; Flossie; The Craze of Christian Angelhart; Nation's Thanksgiving; Sdngs of the Seasons; and Kindesliebe; and other works. Darr, Francis, soldier, was born in Ohio. In 1861 he was first lieutenant and regimental quartermaster in the tenth regiment Ohio volunteer infantry; and in 1865 was brevetted brigadier-general of volunteers. He died Jan. 36, 1895.

was born Sept. 8, 1848, in Philadelphia, Pa. In 1868 he was engaged in the surveying of railroads in Pennsylvania, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. In 1876 he was principal assistant engineer of the Philadelphia water department. Darrach, William, educator, anatomist, scientist, was born in 1876 in Germantown, Pa. In 1897 he graduated with the degree ol A-B. from Yale university; and received the degrees of A.M. and M.D. from Columbia In 1903-05 he was assistant university. demonstrator of anatomy of Columbia university; and since 1905 has filled the chair of demonstrator in that institution. Darragh, Archibald Bard, soldier, banker, legislator, congressman, was bom Dec. 33, 1840, in Monroe county, Mich. In 1883 he enlisted as a private in the United States volunteers; and was discharged as a captain in 1865. Since 1870 he has been a banker of St. Louis, Mich. In 1883-84 he was a member of the Michigan state legislature. In 1901 he was a representative from Michigan to the fifty-seventh, fifty-eighth, fifty-ninth
and sixtieth congresses. Darragh, Cornelius, congressman, was bom In 1843-47 he was a representative from Pennsylvania to the twenty-eighth and twenty-ninth congresses. He died Jan. 30, 1855, in Pittsburg, Pa. in Pennsylvania.

In 1894 he was honored by the unanimous nomination for congress from his district. Darrall, Chester B., physician, surgeon, state senator, congressman, was bom June 34, 1843, in Somerset county. Pa. He served as surgeon throughout the civil war. He was elected to the state senate of Louisiana in 1860; and in 1869-83 he was a representative to the forty-first to the forty-seventh congresses as a republican.

He has attained success in real estate and as a financial broker; and was one of the first county commissioners of Oklahoma county, Oklahoma territory. He was supervisor of the twelfth census for the Indian territory; for one term was state chairman of the republican organization of the Indian territory; and is now United States marshal. Darrow, Allen R., author, poet, was born April 30, 1836, in New London, Conn. He is the author of Iphigenia and Other Poems. Darrow, Clarence S., lawyer, author', was born April 13, 1857, in Kinsman, Ohio. He was at one time attorney for the Northwestern railway. He has been identified with many prominent cases; and recently in litigation against the gas trust in Chicago. He is the author of Persian Pearl; and other town, Ind.
