underlines the responsibility of all parties and armed groups of Somalia to take appropriate measures to protect the civilian population in the country, in accordance with international humanitarian law, human rights and refugee norms, in particular by avoiding indiscriminate attacks on populated areas;
20. Strongly supports and encourages continued relief efforts in Somalia, recalls its Resolution no. 1502 (2003) on the protection of humanitarian and United Nations personnel, calls on all factions and armed groups in Somalia to take appropriate measures to ensure the safety and security of AMISOM and humanitarian personnel and to provide timely, safe and unobstructed access to humanitarian aid to all who need it and urges countries in the region to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid by land or air and through seaports;
21. reaffirms its previous Resolution no. 1,612 (2005) on children and armed conflict and recalls the subsequent conclusions of the Security Council Working Group on Children in Armed Conflict on the parties to the armed conflict in Somalia (S/AC.51/2007/14);
22. decides to remain actively notified of this matter.

Given the:
— art. 31 lit. b) from the Mining Law no. 85/2003, with subsequent amendments and additions;
— Report of the General Directorate for management, evaluation and concession of mineral resources/reserves. European integration no. 301,800 from February 14, 2008,
pursuant to the provisions of art. 37 para. (1) from the Mining Law no. 85/2003, with subsequent amendments and additions,
the president of the National Agency for Mineral Resources issues this decision.
Art. 1. — The mining concession for the exploration of gold and silver ore resources in the Firiza — Rotunda perimeter, Maramureș county, agreed upon by concession license number 2,483 of June 7, 2001, concluded between the National Agency for Mineral Resources, as grantor, and "MAXMIN" Trading Company — S.R.L., with headquarters in Baia-Mare municipality, Maramureș county, as concessionaire, ceases on the date of publication of this decision in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I.
