Power to appoint Vice-President of Institute.5. Section six of the principal Act is hereby amended by adding to subsection one the following words: "The Board may also appoint a Vice-President."
Alteration of date of annual meeting.6. Section eight of the principal Act is hereby amended as follows:—
(a) By omitting from subsection one the word "January", and substituting the words "April or the month of May"; and
(b) By omitting from subsection three the word "preceding", and substituting the words "ended on the thirty-first day of March then last past".
