D. 1625, hisHighnefs Dominions generally, or out of any fpecial Ports to be in the fame Proclamation particularly named, for fuch Time as (hall be therein limited and appointed : (2) And it Ihall not be lawful for any Peribn to carry out any fuch Grain, contrary to the Tenor of the fame Proclamation, upon fuch Pains and Forfeitures as by the Laws and Statutes of this Realm are and have been provided and ordained in that Behalf; this Art or any Thing therein contained to the contrary notwithftanding. V. Provided alfo, and be it enaded, That no Perfon or Perfons ihall incur any Penalty for want o( Length, Breadth or Weight of fVe/Jh Cottbns, under the Price of fifteen Pence the Yard or two Shillings the Goad, fo as they be not mixt with Hair or other deceitful Stuff, nor for any others above that Price, except they be mixt as aforefaid, or (hall (hrink above the Rate of half a Yard in twelve Yards of Length, or weigh lefs than fourteen Ounces the Yard, or hold not full three Quarters of a Yard broad, VL And be it further enaited by the Authority aforefaid. ' of the Reign of the laid late Queen Elizabeth, it was enadted. That the faid Aft (hould from thenceforth ' be, remain and continue in Force and Effeft for ever : (2) And yet neverthelefs in the Parhament holden ' in the firft Year of his Majefty's Reign of England, by one A(5t intituled. An ASifor continuing and re^ ' viving of divers Statutes,, and for repealing of fome other, it was amongft other Things ena<5ted. That ' the faid A6t made in the faid fifth Year of the faid late Queen Elizabeth,, for Punifhment of Perjury, ' ftiould be revived,' and continued until the End of the firlt Seffion of the next Parliament;' (3) It is now declared and enadted by Authority of this prefent Parliament, That the faid A(5t concerning Perjury made perpetual, made in the faid fifth Year, and every Claufe, Branch, Article and Provifioa therein,, doth, now ftand, and fhall from henceforth be, remain and continue in Force and Effedt for ever.. IX. And be it alfo enadted, That one Part of the Statute made in the five and twentieth Year of the Reign of the late King Henry the Eighth, intituled. An A£l for the Dejlruiiion of Wild Fowl, which was repealed by a later A6t made in the Parliament holden in the third and fourth Years of the Reign of the late King Edward the Sixth, fhall be revived and ftand in Force until the End of the firft Seffion of the next Parliament. X. And be it alfo enacSted, That one Adt made in the firft Year of the Reign of the late Queen Marv, »M, SeflTj.c.j^. for an(j concerning the Making, Repairing and Amendment of the common Highway and Caufey in the , Counties of Dorfet and Soffierfet, between the Towns of Shaftjlury and Sherborn in the fame County of Dorfet, be revived and ftand in Force until the End of the firft Seffion of the next Parliament. XI. And be it further enadted by Authority of this prefent Parliament,. That one Statute made in the fourth Year of the Reign of the late King Edward the Third, reciting. That before that Time a Horfe- man was wont to have his PafTage over the Sea from the Port of Dover for two Shillings, and a Footman for fix Pence, and ordering concerning PafTage at Dover and other Places, as in the faid Statute is cort- tained : (2) And one other Statute made in the thirteenth Year of the Reign of the late King Richard the Second, by which it is enadted. That all Pilgrims, and all other People, except certaia Perfons in that Statute excepted, fhall pafsatthe Ports of Dover ^nd Plymouth, and not elfewhere, without fpecial Li~ cence of the King himfelf : (3) And one Statute made in the fourth Year of the Reign of the late King Edward the Fourth, concerning Paflage from Dover, and all other Statutes therein recited or mentioned : (4) And one other Statute made in the fevenand thirtieth Year of the Reign of the late King Edward the Third, concerning the Prices of Poultry : (5) And one Statute made in the four and thirtieth Year of the Reign of the late King £^zwr^ the Third, concerning Weights and Meafures, and beginning, where it is contained in the great Charter, that one Meafure fhall be ufed through the Realm, and by which is or- dained. That certain Articles fhall be holden and kept, upon the Pains contained in a Statute made in the eight and twentieth Year of the Reign of the late King .Edward the Third: (6) And one other Statute made in the faid four and thirtieth Year of the Reign of the faid late King Edward the Third, by which it is ordained. That the PafTage of Corn ftiall be defended in all the Ports of England, fo that none have Licence or Warrant to pafs with fuch Corn in any wife, unlefs it be to certain Places in the faid Adl fpe- cified : (7) And one Statute made in the feventeentli Year of the Reign of the late King Richard the Se- cond, whereby Licence is granted to all the King's Liege People to fhip and carry Corn out of the Realm : (8) And one Statute made in the third Year of the Reign of the late King Edward the Fourth, concern- ing Corn not to be brought into the Realm in certain Cafes : (9) And one Statute made in the fourth Year of the Reign of the late King Henry the Seventh, concerning the Prices ef Hats and Caps ; ( 10) And one other Statute made in the fourteenth Year of the Reign of the late King Richard the Se- cond, ordering that the PafTage of Tin out of the Realm fhall be at the Port of Dartmouth, and no where clfe: (11) And one other Statute made in the fifteenth Year of the Reign of the late King Richard the Second, concermng Carriage of Tin to Calice : (12) And one Statute made in the fourth Year of the Fowl. 25 H. 8. c.
