III. And be it further enadled by the Authority aforefaid. V. And for the better Difcovering, Finding out and Puniftiing of the Frauds and Deceits aforefaid. Power to fearch be it further enadted by the Authority aforefaid. Manner as the Forfeitures herein before-mentioned to be paid by the Weavers and Fullers are herein ibefore limited and appointed. VI. And be it further enadfed by the Authority aforefaid. That for the better Managing and Regu- Power to make lating -of the faid Art or Trade of making the Bays aforefaid, that it fhall and may be lawful to and By-Laws. for the Governors of the faid Dutch Bay-Hall, from Time to Time, to make, conftitute and appoint fuch Orders, By-Laws and Conftitutions, as to them fliall feem meet and reafonable. VII. Provided, That no fuch Order, By-Law or Conftitution to be made, either in Diminution of wboniailap- the King's Prerogative, or the Laws of this Kingdom, be ufed or executed, until the fame Orders, By- prove of tiiem. Laws and Conftitutions have been examined and approved by the Lord Chancellor, Lord Treai'urer of England, or Chief Juftices of either Bench, or any three of them, or before both the Juftices of Affize in their Circuit or Progrefs in the faid County of EJfex, upon Pain of Forfeiture of twenty Pounds for every Time they fhall do the contrary. A Grant of certain Impolitions upon Beer, Ale and other Liquors, for the Increafe of his Majefty's Revenue during his Life.
