That all and every of the feveral Companies and Companies Corporations of the faid City fliall from henceforth (land and be incorpora-.ed by fuch Name and Names, reftorcd. and in fuch Sort and Manner, as they refpectively were at the Time of the faid Judgment given, and every of them are hereby reftored to all and every the Lands, Tenements, Hereditaments, R ghts. Titles, Eftates, Liberties, Powers, Privileges, Precedences, and Immunities, which they lawfully had and en- joyed at the Time of giving the faid Judgment ; and that as well all Surrenders, as Charters, Letters Pa- tents, and Grants for new incorporating any of the faid Companies, or touching or concerning any of their Liberties, Piivileges, or Franchifes, made or granted by the faid ?ite.K.ing James., or by the faid King Charl s the Second, fmce the giving of the faid Judgment, fhall be void, and are hereby declared null and void to all Intents and Purpofes whatloever. adled or done in purfuance of any fuch Charters, Letters Patents, or Grants. XV. Provided alfo neverthelefs, and it is hereby further enafted by the Authority aforefaid. Provided alfo, and be it enafted. That all and every Perfon and Perfons, who at any Time flnce Freedoms
