Duty of three Pounds per Tun, or any other Wines with the additional ]3uty of four Potmds per Tun, mentioned in the faid former Acts or Book of Rates ; and that for all Tobacco of the Engll/h Plantations, Alrerei by is which fliall be imported a;id exported again within one Year after fuch Importation, the further Subfidy Annie, flat. 2. one Ytnny per Pound hereby granted, fhall be repaid at the Cuftom Houfe. c. 8. VI. And be it further ena£ted by the Authority aforefaid. That out of the feveral Subfidies of Tunnage Allowances and and Poundage by this A£t granted, there fliall be fuch and the like Allowances and Abatements in all Abatements. Cafes, as are or v/ere prefcribed in the like Cafes by the faid former A£f, or by the faid Book of Rates, or the Rules thereunto annexed, and "to be made and allowed under the fame Reftridionsj and in the fame Manner and Form as are therein cxprefTed. VII.
