XIII. And to the End a good and fufficient Fund and Security may be fettled and eftablifhed for raifinr; the Sum of five hundred and five thoufand nine hundred ninety and five Pounds, Part of the faid Sum -of five hundred twenty-eight thoufand three hundred and twenty Pounds one Shilling and nine Pence, for making good the Supply granted to his Majefty in this Seffion of Parliament : Be it further enacted by the Af:er Lady-day Authority aforefaid, That yearly and every Year, from and after the Feaft of the Annunciation of the 1717. for 32, Ulefled Virgin Mary one thoufand feven hundred and nineteen, for and during the Term of thirty-two 14s. per Ann." Years from thence next immediately enfuing, the full Sum of thirty thoufand five hundred fifty and nine to be the Fund Pounds and fourteen Shillings per Annum, by_ or out of the Monies of or for the faid feveral Duties on for the fortunate Coals and Culm by this Act appropriated or intended to be appropriated as aforefaid, fhall be and by this i ' ots ' Act is declared and enacted to be a particular Fund and Security for anfwering and pay'ing,as well the Prin- cipal as the Intereft of the fortunate Lots or Chances herein after-mentioned, in fuch Courfe, Manner and Form as are hereafter in this Act prefcribed in that Behalf; And the Commiflioners of his Majefty's Treafury now being, and the High-treafurer and Under-treafurer of the Exchequer, and the Commiflion- ers of the Treafury of his Majefty, his Heirs and Succeffors for the Time being, are hereby ftrictly en- joined and required to caufe the faid yearly Sum of thirty thoufand five hundred fifty-nine Pounds and fourteen Shillings to be from Time to Time fet apart, ifTued and applied according to this Act, out of the Duties ariftng as aforefaid; any former Law or Statute to the contrary notwithftanding. AnvPerfonsrray XIV. And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That it fliall and may be lawful for any be Contributors. Perfon or Perfons, Natives or Foreigners, Bodies Politick or Corporate, to contribute or advance, for or towards railing the faid Sum of five hundred and five thoufand nine hundred and ninety-five Pounds, by- paying, at or before the refpective Days and Times in this Act limited in that Behalf, to any Receiver or Receivers to be appointed for that Purpofe, as is herein after-mentioned, the Sum of three Pounds, or divers intire Sums of three Pounds, upon this Act; and that for raifing the faid Sum of five hundred and' five thoufand' nine hundred ninety-five Pounds, any Perfon who will become Contributor or Adventurer,, fhall or may advance the Sum of three Pounds, for which Sums fo advanced he, fhe or they, in cafe of a fortunate Lot fhall be entitled to receive, by virtue of this Act, f;ch principal Money and Intereft for the fame, to be paid, as herein after is mentioned, by and out of the faid particular Fund of thirty thoufand five hundred fifty and nine Pounds and fourteen Shillings per Annum, fettled by this Act; and that every fuch Contributor or Adventurer may advance as many intire Sums of three Pounds, as he, fhe or they fhall think fit; and for every fuch Sum of three Pounds fo advanced he, fhe or they, if fortunate, is and are to be in- terfiled in one Lot or Share of and in the fame yearly Fund by virtue of this Act: And the fame intire Sums of three Pounds each are hereby appointed to be paid to fuch Receiver or Receivers at or before the: refpective Days and Times and in the refpective Proportions herein after^ mentioned, that is to fay, One , third
