Severs;! Orders in the fame thoufand may be turned into one ' Order, .not exceeding .500/. in one Order. The Fund of 30,559/. 14s, per Annum appropriated for pay- " ing Intereft and Principal. No undue Preference if fubfequent Orders he paid before other Perfons that did not come to take their Money. Monies of one Year proving deficient, to be paid out of the next ' Year.
