" The King may by Proclamation, to be iffued before December iz, 172Z. forbid all Perfons to go to any " Place infefted, or to export or carry Goods, &c. to any fuch Places before March Z5, 1723. under the " Penalties fpecified in this Aft, and under the Regulations in fuch Proclamation. His Majefty may " likewife forbid any Perfon to come or import any Co:- modifies from fuch Places before March 25, 1723, " Goods, &c. exported contrary hereto, and the Veliels, &c. fhall be forfeited. Exporters of fuch Goods,, V £3"<r. fhall forfeit double the Value. Perfons coming from Places infefted fhall incur a Prcsrminire.
