Feoffment with Livery of Seiiin, Fine and Recovery, or any other Conveyance whatfoever; and fuch Payment fhall not only bar all Right, Title, Interefl, Equity of Redemption, Claim and Demand of the Perfon or Perfons to whofe Ufe fuch Payment was made, but alfo fliall extend to, and be deemed and conftrued to bar the Dower and Dowers of the Wife or Wives of fuch Perfon or Perfons, and all Eftates Tail, and Remainders as fully and effedtually as a Fine or Recovery would do or would have done, if levied by proper Parties in due Form of Law.
