' their Nets, and otherwife to prepare for the fecond Fifliery : And whereas it is further enaded by the ' faid recited Ad, That every Bufs or Veffel of the Burthen of feventy T'ons, and defigned for the faid
- Fifliery, fliall, on her proceeding to Sea, have on board one Fleet of fifty Nets, each Net to be thirty
' Yards full upon the Rope, and fe en Fathoms deep, and fo in proportion for any Veffels of a greater or ' leffer Tonnag",_and be provided with one other Fleet of fifty like Nets, on board a Jagger or Tender to ' attend the faid i-ifhery, or left on Shore in a proper Place' for the ufe of fuch Bufs or Veffel ; which ' Nets have been found by Experience to be much too deep for the Tar-mouth Fiiliery ;' Therefore for the putting an end to fuch Doubts, and for the further and better regulating the faid Fiflieries, Be it enaded and declared ; and it is hereby enaded and declared by the King's moil Excellent Majeily, by and with the Advice and Confent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and_ Commons, in this prefent Parliament aflembled, and by the Authority of the fame, That the faid Society are, to allLitents and Purpofes, The Society in- intitled to have and receive the Literefl: of three Pounds by the Year for each hundred Pounds em- ^'^'^ '° 3^- ?""■ jiioyed in the faid .Fifliery, and proportionably for any greater or leffer Sum, for fuch Time and Term ji,^"^;,,"^"^" of Years, and payable in fuch Manner, as the faid Society would have been intitled thereto, in cafe fo ployed by them, much Money of the faid Society as would have been lufficient to anfwer their faid Contrads refpedively, had, at the Time of making the fame, been in the Bank of England; any Thing in the faid Ad contained to the contrary thereof in any wife notwithflanding.
