C. 30. 517 at any Turnpike or Toll-gate ^erefted or to be ereded upon any Part of the Highway or Road in or upon which fuch Waggon, Wain, Cart or Carriage refpeftively Ihall travel, pafs or be drawn. XII. XIII. And it is hereby further enabled and declared. Wain or Cart, as aforefaid, every Owner of fuch Wag-'^™'^- gon, Wain or Cart, publickU' ufed on any Turnpike Road, as aforefaid, with fuch falfe or fiditious Name, fnall for every fuch Offence forfeit and pay the Sum of fifty Pounds.
