' mentioned A6t given to his faid Majefty, a Society by the Name of Thu Society of the Free Britifh Fijh:ry^ ' hath been incorporated by Charter, bearing Date the eleventh Day of O^Sai^jr one thoufand feven hundred ' and fifty, and a very confiderabie Sum of Money hath been fubfcribed and paid in towards carrying on the ' Purpofes of the faid A£i: and Charter, in which the faid Society did adually expend and employ, within ' eighteen Months from the Date of their Subfcription, the Sum of one hundred and fo:jr thouiand five ' hundred and nine Pounds, and the faid Society have accordingly, in purfuance of the faid two feveral ' Afts herein before recited, received of the CommiiTioners of his Majefty 's Cuftoms, Intereft for the faid ' Sum of one hundred and four thoufand five hundred and nine Pounds, after the Rate of three Pounds per ' Centum per Annum, for two Years, computed from the faid eleventh Day oi O^ober one thoufand feven

- alfo for the faid Society, and fuch Perfon or Perfons to whom fuch Buffes may be fo let out to Hire, to be

II. And be it further enafled and declared by the Authority aforefaid. III. And it is further enadted by the Authority aforefaid. That fo much of the faid herein firft recited ^"^^/^f^ij' ASt, as direfts that no Transfer of any of the Stock or Share of or in the Sum of five hundred thoufand continued for 7 Pounds, which the faid Society are by the faid Ai£i impowered to raife as a Capital Stock, fliall be made for years. the Space of five Years, from the Date of their Charter, except in fuch Cafes as in the faid A61: are men- Exception, tioned and excepted, ftiall be continued and be in force for the further Term of feven Years, to be com- puted immediately from and after the Expiration of the faid Term of five Years. IV". And be it further enafted by the Authority aforefaid. That the feveral Allowances of three Allowances of Pounds per Centum per Annum, and the Bounty of thirty Shillings per Ton, granted by the faid Aft s, l'^^^" ^JP' ;J'" for the refpeftive Terms therein and herein before-mentioned, ftiall be continued for the further Term .g^ -Pon^ conti- of three Years, to be computed immediately from and after the Expirations of the faid refpe£tive Terms, nucd for 3 Ye^rs, for which the fanje were granted as aforefaid, and ftiall be paid and payable for fuch further Term of three Years to the faid Society, and to fuch other Perfon or Perfons as are or may be intitled to the faid Allowances refpeftively, by virtue of or under the faid A6ts, in fuch Manner, and by fuch Perfon and Perfons, and out of fuch Monies, as the fame are now payable by virtue of or under the faid A£ts, or either of them.
