- 9 pairs Chinese frankfurters
- Any Chinese vegetables (twice the amount of the frankfurters)
(a) Cut the vegetables into pieces 1 inch by 1 inch by 1½ inches. Fry in an oiled pan with salt until the volume is considerably reduced. Add water enough to cover.
(b) Add the frankfurters. Cover and cook until nearly dry.
(c) Add Chinese gravy.
