James Stewart. This caused the revolt of Lord Huntly who was slain by the Queen's forces, under the newly created Earl of Moray, at Corricbie, Oct. 1502. V. 1565. 5. George Gordon, styled Lord Gordon (since 1553), 2d() but 1st surv. s. and h., was convicted of treason and sentenced (a) Catherine, his eldest da., was m. by order of JauieB IV.
