Leitvim [I.] He m. in or before 1621 Abigail, the childless widow of Henry Tbksbam, 1st da. and coheir of Cecil Cave, by Anne, da. and h. of Anthony Kennkt, of Greenwich. He m. (lie. Kac. 8 March 1660/1), Elizabeth, da. and h. of Sir Robert Chhistophkb, of Alford, co. Lincoln, by (— ), da. of (— ) Smeatk. He d. 30 and was 6ur. 31 Jan. 1699/1700, «i Stapleford. It may be noted that many of them as this lady in 1680 ; ViscountesB Beacouslield ia 1868 ; and Viscountess Hambleden in 189 1, had been the wives of two husbands. (h) She was of " unbounded benevolence " and restored the churches of Staple- ford and Whissendiue, having considerable antiquarian taste.
