FORSAMEIKLE, As for great and weightie confiderationes tending to the weill of the Crown, and of the haill Realme, There is diverfe landes and Lord-lhippes of auld and of lait annexed ; toremaine with OUR SOVERAINE LORD, and his fuccefiours , Quhiikis may not be difponed nor annalied, in fee or life-rent , to quhat-fum-ever perfone or perfones, without the advife of the three Eftaites of Parlia- ment, and for profitable and feenecaufes, for the weill of the haill Realme •. And never theleile it hes bene thocht expedient in the dayes of our Soveraine Lordes maift Noble predeceflburs , that his faid annexed and proper Landes, fuld be fet in few-ferme , forincreafcoipohcietheir-upon, and augmentation of the rental. And to the efled that the faidis Lands micht be fet in few-ferme in maner forefaid : Our faide Soveraine Lordis Predeceflburs and three Eftaites of Parliament , hes bene in ufe to diflblve the (aids Annexationes.
