AND ORDAINS the firft meeting of the Commiffioners for the feveral Shires , to be at the Head- burghs thereof, upon Wednefday the fourth day oiSeptember next ; and appoints the Major part of the Saids Commiffioners , named for the respective Shires , to be a Quorum , at their firft meeting , who are to apooint the next dyet of meeting , and the Major part of fuch as fhall meet at the feccnd dyet , or upon ad- vertifement from the Conveener , at any other dyet, to be a Quorum -. With power to the faids Conveeners, for the faids Shires f e fpective , to call the Commiffioners foreiaids , at fuch dyets thereafter as they fhall find iieceflary , for the effectual execution of this Act ; and remits to His Majcfties Privy Council , to nominate fuch other perfons to be Commiffioners of Afieflment , as they fhall fee caufe.
