Public Law 99-243 99th Congress Joint Resolution Making an urgent supplemental appropriation for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1986, for the Department of Agriculture.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sum is appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1986; namely: DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE COMMODITY CREDIT CORPORATION REIMBURSEMENT FOR NET REAUZED LOSSES
For the operations of the Commodity Credit Corporation, not to exceed $1,492,857,000 for capital restoration, to enable the Corporation to use the authority authorized by the Charter of the Corporation and other laws to carry out programs handled by the Corporation. Approved February 10, 1986.
