And all process, P'°°°”· civil and criminal, which may have been, or hereafter may be, issued, returnable to said courts at Jackson, shall be returned to said courts at Huntingdon ; and all books and records of every kind, pertaining to said Records. courts, shall be transferred from said town of Jackson to said town of Huntingdon.
