Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United $¤¤=1M¤rg=¤¤ Bum States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the °"°“°”` Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to place the name of Anna Morgan Burns, the invalid daughter of the late Captain James Burns of the Fifth United States Cavalry, upon the pension rolls, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Smith, the dependent and helpless daughter of Michael Smith, a deceased honorably discharged soldier, late a private in Company C, One hundred and twentyliith New York Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
