For continuing the work of the commission under the Act of Congress IC‘*;”·F*§°h¤¤4;$,¤·· approved June tenth, eighteen hundred and ninety-six, to negotiate c:¤n:S`.§'L°.mR` °' with the Crow, Flathead, and other Indians, fourteen thousand five hundred dollars, the same to be available for the payment of salary and · proper expenses of said commission from and after the date when the 4¤¢¤.i>-592- appropriation of fifteen thousand dollars made by the Act of July first, eighteen hundred and ninety~eight, was exhausted, and the said commission shall continue its work until, and make its final report thereon -¤¤P·¤‘*~ to the Secretary of the Interior on, the first day of April, nineteen hundred, and upon that date the commission shall cease. That the sum of twenty-nine thousand eight hundred and iiity dollars hygfem ¤1¤¤n>k¤• and seventy-four cents, being the interest at five per centum per annum Payzhent mmm: from June sixth, eighteen hundred and ninety-three, to March twenty- °¤ ¤"¤“*· eighth, eighteen hundred and ninety-six, due the Western Cherokee Indians under the award of the United States Senate of September fifth, eighteen hundred and iidy, on the principal sum of two hundred and twelve thousand three hundred and seventy-six dollars and ninety- four cents found to be due them under the decision of the Supreme Court of June sixth, eighteen hundred and ninety-three, is hereby appropriated, to be paid to the authorized agent of the council of the Western Cherokee Indians.
