Be it enacted the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the D¤1i·aGi1¤¤¤¤- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°”°’°“' pension roll, sulnect the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Delia Gilman, widow of Alvin Gilman, late of Company H, Fifth New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Frary,widow of Jedediah C. W. Frary, late of Company H, Eighteenth New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. . Approved, April 27, 1898. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P""*°" pension roll the name of Frances E. Pease, widow of William R. Pease, late colonel One hundred and seventeenth New York Volunteers, and to pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars a month. Approved, April 27, 1898.
