Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the P°"“'°“‘ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jacob N. Atherton, late of Signal Corps, United Statels Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of eighteen dollars per mont . Approved, February 4, 1899. Opp, late an acting assistant paymaster in the United States Navy, and to pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of the pension he now receives. Approved, February 4, 1899.
