Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the P°"“'°“‘ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jacob N. Opp, late an acting assistant paymaster in the United States Navy, and to pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of the pension he now receives. Approved, February 4, 1899.
