Rss. 58,59. 1898. 753 Whereas the proposed exposition, being confined in its scope to the Western Hemisphere, would unquestionably be of vast benelit to the commercial interests of the countries 'of North, South, and Central America.: Therefore, Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the proposed Pan-American Approvu of cm,. Exposition to be held on Cayuga Island, between the cities of Buffalo g'°“'·°°°‘ and Niagara Falls, in the State of New York, in the year nineteen ‘ hundred and one, merits the encouragement and approval of Congress and of the people of the United States. Sec. 2.
