Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William W. Jackson, late captain and commissary of subsistence, United States Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Long, widow of Eli Long, late brigadier-general, United States Volunteers, and brigadier-general, United States Army, retired, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.

Lemmond, late of Company A, Third Regiment United States Dragoons, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
