Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joshua D. Griffith, late of Company H, Sixth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receivingthe same to be paid to his legally appointed guardian.

Simpson, late of Company I, Sixth Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.

Walls, late of Company I, Twenty-sixth Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
