Chap. 1110.—An Act Granting a pension to Anna C. Ray.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Anna C. Ray, widow of Robert C. Ray, late ensign, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month.

Chap. 1111.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to Augustus Fellows.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Augustus Fellows, late of Company M, First Regiment California Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alfred D. Burton, late of Company C, Seventh Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.

Luckey, late captain Company L, Third Regiment Ohio Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lucretia Davis, formerly Hamilton, late nurse, Medical Department, United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
