Pension.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John L. Sullivan, invalid and dependent son of Richard T. Sullivan, late of Company G, Eleventh Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.

Increase to cease on death of child.: Provided, That in the event of the death of Mary Elizabeth McClaren, helpless and dependent child of said James McClaren, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine.
