Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ebenezer H. Richardson, late of Company H, Sixteenth Regiment United States Infantry, war with Mexico, and Company A, Fourteenth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Richardson, late chaplain Eleventh Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Infantry and Seventh Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
