Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Ame1iw in Congress assembled, That the Gulf Ports Terminal §g§“;(}},;Y;,erm,m, Railway Company, a corporation existirgg under the laws of the State Railway Company of Florida, be, and is hereby, authoriz to construct, operate, and EY b'idg°’ M°b‘l°’ maintain a bridge or bridges and trestles over and across the navigable channels of the mout of Mobile River from Bay Port, in townshi four south, range two east, on the east shore of the waters of Mobile Bay, in Baldwin County, Alabama, on a direct line, to ailpoint on Blakely Island, in Mobile County, on the east shore of obile River, opposite the municipal docks of the city of Mobile, Alabama, at a point or points suitable to the interests of navigation, in accord- ;· ance with the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to regulate the ' construction of bridges over navigable waters/’ approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
