Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the §{°G§§,?°°°‘E;wmc United States of America in. Uongress assentbled, That the consent §,¤¤g’=aS$;°9_*;*g¤¤,{1;*j’e‘} of Congress is hereby granted to the El Electric Railway Com- Traction Company pany and the El Paso and Juarez Traction Company, corporations ‘»1'?§{ md"' El °°°’ organized and existing under and by v1rtue of the laws of the State of Texas, and their successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate an electric street railway, vehicular, and_foot budge, and approaches thereto, acrow the Rio Grande_at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near the point w ere South Stanton Street, in said city of El Paso, crosses the R10 Grande, in the county of El Paso, State of Texas ( to replace the wooden bridge now in use v¤1.22,p.m. at or near the aforesaid location, operated by said corporations un- _ der the authority of an Act of Congress passed and approved July
