CHAP. 84.-An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Highway (n.R . 14051 .1 Department of the State of Tennessee to construct, maintain, and operate a [Public, No . 597 .] bridge across the Elk River on the Fayetteville-Winchester Road near the town of Kelso, in Lincoln County, Tennessee . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That th e consen t of Congress is hereby granted to the Highway Department of the Sta te of Te nnessee t o constr uct, mai ntain, a nd operat e a free high- way bridge and approaches thereto across the Elk River, at a point sui table to the int erests of navig ation, o n the Fa yettevil le-Winc hester Road near the town of Kelso, in Lincoln C ounty, Te nnessee, in acc ordance with the provisio ns of an act ent itled " An act to regu- late the construction of bridges over navigable waters ." approved March 23, 1906 .
